Instead of listening to the music, you become the music.

 

Unleash your inner rockstar with this cardio-jam session, inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums.

 

Pound is a full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements.

POUND + POUR is an event that combines a 30 minute POUND class followed by socializing over a complimentary adult beverage.
