R.I.P.P.E.D. is a 50 minute class designed for all fitness levels that delivers a whole body workout using a combination of free weights, resistance, and body weight set to a motivating soundtrack!

Pound is a full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements.
